The Double Leg Slip

To become the best, we must continuously test ourselves. We measure our performance, evaluate our faults, accept criticism and then work on improving ourselves before starting all over again.

I live by this principle, and I need your help! I wish to be the best instructor I can be, but I need feedback from you to know if I am doing a good job. • I liked all your work. Go ahead. Thanks master

  • Love this video, very efficient and practical. Have seen so many teach heel/toe/knee and yes, it does make for deep entry, but takes so much longer and I actually prefer the shoulder/chest contact on the upper body to drive the opponent. Especially like the cross/slip/step behind the lead leg, lots of leverage for easy takedown.
