If you are going to do something, do it BIG!

There is no reason to sell yourself short.

Think about it. At the end of your days, you will be remembered as a collection of all the deeds you had ever performed. Would you want to be remembered as that person who “half-assed” everything they do?

If something is important enough that you are going to do it, make sure you give it everything you got. Take pride in giving that task your all and letting people know that you are a high achiever.

Everyone loves to watch someone who is passionate and does not hold back when they perform in their respected trade. As a fighter, even if you lose you will earn fans through pushing yourself to give it your all.

While it is easy to type “Do Your Best,” in reality it is very difficult to do.

We all have self-imposed limits that we have accumulated throughout our lives. When you start to reach a limit, your subconscious you will try to break you down. Your mind will tell you:

  • That’s good enough
  • This is too hard
  • I am tired
  • I will do it later…

The louder these thoughts or feelings resonant in your mind, the closer you are to breaking a limit. You just have to push a little more to make a breakthrough!

This task is never done, for giving it your all will ALWAYS be difficult. There won’t come a point where you can just go in cruise control and give the best performances of your life. That is why everyone is not a World Champion – only a few are willing to pay the price in blood, sweat, and tears. However, the prize you earn by being the best FAR exceeds the cost.
