  • But once u get em in that position down there… Then what?

    • Well it all depends Lydia. Once you have the side mount, if it’s grappling I would like to hunt for the Kimura, Americana, or straight arm lock. If it’s MMA, I’m looking for a crucifix pin to do ground and pound. If it’s a street fight, I would throw knees to the head.

  • Thank you for sharing. I like the fact that you double up on that passing technique by using your training partner’s momentum . I haven’t thought of that. Makes perfect sense! Thank you again!
