After 7 months off the mats, I have returned and brought some new tricks to the table!
In this video, I show a simple but very effective and hard to stop back take from the standard Step Over Kimura. This is a great option if you want to be more conservative with your attack and focus on advancing positions.
This also works well against smart defenders, as you can easily force this technique with no risk of losing position.
