The Standing Reverse Kimura Throw

I learned this throw back from my wrestling days in high school under coach Tirso Valls. We used to set this up from a Russian 2-1 tie up, but it can also be combined with the standing arm lock for a sneaky combination.

You do not need to be a good thrower to execute this throw, as it works as a sacrifice throw. Your momentum will take them over and trip their near leg to make the throw work. The key here is to fall back (and arch as much as possible) as your look over your shoulder. You will end up landing on your side first with them hitting the mat right after. If you are quick you can catch the Reverse Kimura submission from top side control. Otherwise, you can use the Reverse Kimura Trap Series to finish them off as you wish.
