This match from back in 2001 was a wrestling battle with a lot of under hooks!
Man I’m getting old, or should I say, more experienced. 🙂
This match I believe was 17 years ago, against ATT Black Belt Rodrigo “Baga” Ramos. This was the first and last time I competed in an event I was promoting. The stress of running a grappling event when you are 19 years old and just winging things definitely makes competing against top competition that much harder.
But that didn’t stop this match from being a barn burner!
It was a very competitive battle from start to finish, and I highlight all of the exchanges for your enjoyment. Take a look:

To become the best, we must continuously test ourselves. We measure our performance, evaluate our faults, accept criticism and then work on improving ourselves before starting all over again.
I live by this principle, and I need your help! I wish to be the best instructor I can be, but I need feedback from you to know if I am doing a good job.
