David,

I just read you blog post on discipline, I found here on MMA.com good read I will go check out you blog. I liked the anlogy of the cup and continuing to fill it. I see these same problems in students all the time. The key might be to find something you love doing and that way your cup is always full. Everyday I have been blessed to do what I absolutely love doing and that has keep my cup full for almost three decades now

    Hey Matt!

Continuing the cup analogy, we have to have ample supplies of motivation to tap into so that they can refill their cup.

Each person should have a list of everything that motivates them, which may include books, movies, people, places, or objects.

Then, whenever that persons cup is running low, they can just refer to their list and go to the source to fill up.

It truly is a blessing to follow your life’s passion and make it provide for you and others. Osu!
