I have been “back” but not really…
Unfortunately, on my return back to the mats I still managed to pop a rib – while flow rolling. I was warmed up, already loose, and somehow I still managed to tweak my ribs.
Very frustrating, but the show must go on. So I have been teaching private lessons in the meantime as I let the rib set again, and this video is from one of my lessons covering the basics behind the 50/50.
I talk about controlling the knee line, various positions within the 50/50 you can use, and finally how to attack with the inverted heel hook.
It is a continuous video of about 16 minutes, so you might here some interesting banter here as well, lol. If you like this format, let me know. 🙂

To become the best, we must continuously test ourselves. We measure our performance, evaluate our faults, accept criticism and then work on improving ourselves before starting all over again.
I live by this principle, and I need your help! I wish to be the best instructor I can be, but I need feedback from you to know if I am doing a good job.
