The cradle can easily be caught from a front headlock. Here, we show once we have sprawled over our opponent how we can setup the cradle using the crosswalk. Once we get our cradle and table their legs like we did before, we can also release the cradle and focus on attacking from the dope mount.
The dope mount is great for MMA, as it is a beautiful pinning position with lots of striking options. We can pin with a gift wrap, take the back, and also lock on an arm triangle choke without too much effort.
