This IS great stuff and techniques, never know enough this is no bother and im sure u can e mail manny people any time, i am not a grappler but u can always learn frm one style and add on Thank You KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.. iM SURE THERE ARE MANNY PEOPLE WHO DO INCLUDING ME
