To become the best, we must continuously test ourselves. We measure our performance, evaluate our faults, accept criticism and then work on improving ourselves before starting all over again.
I live by this principle, and I need your help! I wish to be the best instructor I can be, but I need feedback from you to know if I am doing a good job. Is snapping down from the undertook less effective. Only asking because I like to go right to the pancake
Not really. I suppose it would be slightly less effective than with a closed grip or classic grip because those grips prevent their posting arm from posting, whereas the under hook wouldn’t do as good as a job. However, that has no effect on the actual snap down. Rather, it would be how he bases once he is snapped down.
Do you have a video with potential submissions from this move? I guess a North South Kimura maybe? (I have your KT system.)
