Arm Triangle with Cross Stack

The Arm Triangle is another move the flows from the Kimura Mouse Trap that most people aren’t aware of. Especially when people defend the Americana, they end up putting themselves in position for a nice and tight arm triangle.

My bonus tip to this classic technique is what I call the cross stack. This is when your stack your wrists on top of each other, thumbs pointing up, with the choking arm on top. This digs the blade of the wrist into the neck, increasing the pressure by double.

To become the best, we must continuously test ourselves. We measure our performance, evaluate our faults, accept criticism and then work on improving ourselves before starting all over again.

I live by this principle, and I need your help! I wish to be the best instructor I can be, but I need feedback from you to know if I am doing a good job.
